At time of inspection, the green picnic table in the large playground area had chipped paint in need of repair. Two rooms (Room # 13 & 18) in the back of facility need the cubbies being used to store children belongs mounted to prevent them from becoming a facility hazard. In addition, there was a large bean bag ball in the 2nd from office with children in care was leaking foam beads that could cause a choking hazard.
