It was observed on 09/17/24 Staff #1 was unable to give critical oversight to all of the children due to the activity of the children in the room. 2 children were moving a shelf that looked to be separating the classroom area from the hallway. The two children then climbed on a landing of the window area using a chair by the shelf. Staff #1 went into the hallway/desk area to get the children. The two children continually moved away from the staff to prevent getting caught. 3 children remained sleeping in the classroom area behind the row of shelves preventing the staff from seeing and assessing the children while they slept.
