On 06/12/25, during the initial inspection, all of the toys in the lower-level front room were observed to be in their plastic packaging, the crib mattresses were in plastic packaging, and the television was wrapped in Styrofoam. The bubbles and alphabet toys in the back lower-level classroom were observed to be in their plastic packaging, and the tv in Styrofoam. The changing table on the lower floor was observed to still have small tags attached. The toys on the upstairs level classroom were observed to still be in their plastic packaging.
