At the time of inspection, peeling and/or chipped paint was observed on the base boards around the first level of the facility. Also, the bookshelf built into the wall in the classroom closest to the front door was observed with chipped paint. Also, unclean surfaces were observed on the door of the bathroom and other surfaces in high trafficked areas of the facility i.e.- door frames, base boards and areas of the walls were children stand putting their hands.
