3270.32(a)/3270.192(4) · The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to Child Protective Services). Until such time as the required mandated reporter training has been completed, staff person#1 must be supervised, when interacting with children at a minimum by, an Assistant group supervisor, who has completed all preservice trainings and has all qualifications to care for children unsupervised. If there are no staff person(s) available to supervise staff person #1, staff person #1 may not work in a child-care position at the facility.

On October 15, 2025, during the unannounced inspection the mandated reporter reviewed for staff person #1 was more than 60 months old, dated (9/23/20).

3270.82(h) · A facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating. A sign on which this requirement is written shall be posted at each toilet, training chair, diapering area and sink in the facility.

On October 15, 2025, during the unannounced inspection, there was no handwashing sign posted over the three bays sink in the kitchen area containing the required language (a facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating). The bathroom in the childcare space did not contain handwashing signs over the sink and toilet.
