On October 15, 2025, during the unannounced inspection, there was no handwashing sign posted over the three bays sink in the kitchen area containing the required language (a facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating). The bathroom in the childcare space did not contain handwashing signs over the sink and toilet.
