During renewal inspection, certification rep observed a parent drop off 5 school age children. The parent opened the main door for the children then left. When the parent dropped off the children, the children were not received by a staff person. The children walked down the hallway unsupervised. During renewal inspection, staff person 1 walked out of the school age classroom to get face mask and left certification rep alone with 5 children. During renewal inspection, certification rep observed a school age child walk out the classroom and go to the bathroom by himself.
