During a renewal inspection on July 8, 2021, more than 20 toxic materials were observed to be in the reach of children. The toxics included bleach, liquid candles, hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, oil liquid used in candle diffusers, and an unnamed person's inhaler.

During a renewal inspection on July 8, 2021, provider did not have the five components required to have a complete emergency plan. The emergency plan was missing a specific plan that addresses accommodations for shelter of children during an emergency lock-down, shelter in place at the provider's Family Child Care Home.
