3270.31(f) · Staff persons shall complete professional development as listed in subsections (f)1-10. Staff person #1 will have until 10/15/2023 to complete the required training. Until such time as the required training is completed, staff person #1 must be supervised, when interacting with children by a primary staff person who has completed the required training related to this citation. If there are no staff available to supervise staff person #1, staff person #1may not work in a childcare position at the facility.

During the initial inspection dated 9/27/2023, certification representative reviewed staff person #1 personnel file. Staff person #1 had an expired Pediatric CPR/First Aid which expired on 9/6/2023.
