On 4/28/26 during the renewal inspection, Staff did not have a specific group of children assigned to them for the responsibility of supervision. Staff person #1 was unable to tell Cert Rep. how many children were present in the group. When asked how many children were present, they responded by saying that they did not know and that they usually work with the group. Staff person # 2 was unable to give the total of children present, they stated that it was either 24 or 25 children. Staff person#2 also left Staff #3 alone with a total of 14 children to take other students to a different classroom.
