At the time of inspection on 12/15/23, there was (electrical) repair/work being done at the facility. Upon arrival, there were two classroom on the facility play space. It was while CR was talking with staff after 11am that the other classrooms came of the facility to the play area. Inside the classrooms were ladders, wires, and various tools in the classrooms and on the floors.

3270.176(f) · In accordance with the requirements of 67 Pa. Code Chapter 171 (relating to school buses and school vehicles), the facility may not transport a child in an 11-15 passenger van.
During time of inspection, there was a 11-15 passenger van with the facility name and logo parked in the front of the facility. The owner stated that she recently purchased the van to transport children for their program but no parents were currently using the service. After being told that the van was unacceptable for the transportation of children, owner agreed not to use it. An updated provider survey was requested to show transportation by the facility is not being provided.
