At time of initial inspection, unfinished, splintery wood was observed around both bathroom doorframes, and around both heater covers. The concrete surfacing in the outdoor play space was cracked and uneven, posing a tripping hazard. The toddler/pre-school classroom has a platform area which is most of the length of the room, with one step to get to this area. There is no barrier to keep children from falling from the upper step to the lower part of the classroom which is a hazard.
