On 8-28-2024 during an unannounced visit, the large room in the rear building had boxes and cans stacked on the shelf. A ceiling tile in the large room in the rear building was missing. The wall heater in the front large room was dusty and partially hanging off of the wall. The School-age room had visible hazards, such as: a bin containing books stacked on a crate, a wooden wall board leaning on another bin stacked with books, a reusable bag filled with boxes of BOB books overflowing onto the floor.
