3280.52(a)(2)/3280.75(d) · At least two facility persons must accompany any number of children on an excursion away from a facility. One first-aid kit per child care group must accompany children and facility persons on excursions from the facility. Each first aid kit taken on an excursion must contain a bottle of water in addition to the items specified at §3280.75(c).
On 6/9/2022, Staff Person #3 was observed by the Certification Representative returning to the facility with 8 pre-school children from a walk. Staff Person #3 acknowledged that she did not take a first aid kit on the walk. A second staff person did not accompany the group on the walk.

Emergency contact information must include the name, address and telephone number of the individual designated by the parent to whom the child may be released.
