On 12/30/24, during the inspection, disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer were left in the welcome area, on a short table within the reach of children. Disinfecting wipes were also found on the ground near the couch, in reach of the children. In the bathroom cabinet soap and lotion that stated "keep out of reach of children" were observed. In the bathroom cabinet, Wal-Zyr (liquid cetrizine) and Vick's Vapo Rub were observed, unlocked, and in reach of children.
