3270.95(b) · The Director or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements under subsection (a) are met.

At the time of the inspection the fire detection system to asses the operability was dated over one year ago. The current fire drill log showed no evidence of the operability of the system.
