On 8-12-2024 during an unannounced visit, the basement area was not set up for childcare. The operator acknowledged that there was a flood in the basement. A box containing a Christmas tree was near the stairs, as well as other stacked boxes. Rugs were folded on the floor and stacked on each other. Tables and chairs were stacked and leaning against the wall, creating an unsafe area for the children.
