At the time of inspection on 11/7/2024, Certification Representative reviewed the emergency contact information in the classroom backpack that is also used when children go outside or on walks. The information in the backpacks did not include the emergency contact forms for each child with all required information.

At the time of inspection on 11/7/2024, the facility fire detection system was in need of repair. The operator provided Certification Representative a proposal written by Alert One Protection for necessary repairs for the fire detection system that was dated 9/6/2024. As of the date of inspection, those repairs have not been completed. The staff onsite were unable to demonstrate that the fire system was operable at the time of inspection.
