During the unannounced inspection on 8/27/25, it was observed that the records of staff person #1 did not include the National Sex Offender Registry certificate (NSOR) as required by the CPSL for provisional hire. The records of staff person #1 did not include The PA State Police Criminal Record clearance application as required by the CPSL for provisional hire. The records of staff person #2 did not contain the correct Child Abuse and PA State Police clearances for an AGS as required by the CPSL. Documents presented were volunteer clearances respectively.
