All staff persons shall renew their certification in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on or before the expiration of the most current certification.

During the unannounced inspection, certification representative reviewed 18 staff files and the file of staff #1 (last 8/30/23) and staff #3 (last 6/30/23) did not include an updated PQAS certified pediatric CPR and first aid training.
