During time of inspection, there was a blue chair in room 4-5 that was in need of repair or replacement. In addition, there was a Blue & Gray Castle slide plastic playset with steps that were cracked and in need of replacement or disposal. There was also a large brown & blue plastic bridge with flooring that was cracked and beyond repair which could pose a hazard to children that should be removed and/or replaced.
