    3280.63/3280.91(a) · If unsafe areas or conditions are in or near an outdoor play space, fencing or natural barriers are required to restrict children from those unsafe areas or conditions. Stairways, hallways, exits from rooms, exits from the facility and other means of egress serving as an exit shall be unobstructed.

    During the renewal inspection, certification representative did a facility walkthrough, and the rear exit and side yard leading out was blocked by construction materials. Also, the area that the children played in had bricks and other hazardous debris throughout and there was a semidetached downspout swinging from the rear of the building and the gate had a hole in it with exposed wires that could harm children.
