    3270.113(c) · A facility person may not single out the child for ridicule, threaten harm to the child or the child's family and may not specifically aim to degrade the child or the child's family.

    During the facility inspection on 8/8/23, staff #1 was observed pushing a child in their walker to the rear of the classroom. The child was pushed in a area of the room with no staff presence or activity taking place. This action ws caught on the facility video. Per staff #1, the child was trying to eat another child's food. The video surveillance did not show the infant child move their hand prior to being herded to the rear to the room. There was a empty adult size rocking chair near where the child landed that could have toppled over and presented a hazard to the since there was no staff/adult in this area of the room.
