The label read to keep out of reach of children. In the toddler and pre-K 1 room, sunscreen was found accessible to the children. The label on these sunscreen bottles read to keep out of reach of children. Regulation requires toxic material to be made inaccessible from children or locked. These items were found accessible to children.

A renewal inspection occurred at the facility. A physical site review was conducted. In the pre-K 2 room, acetaminophen was found accessible to children. Staff person #-1- must receive pediatric first-aid/CPR training in an approved curriculum by a PQAS-certified trainer. Until such time as the correction is implemented, staff person #-1- must be supervised, when interacting with children, by an AGS, who has completed the required training related to this citation. If there are no staff available to supervise staff person #-1-, staff person #-1- may not work in a child-care position at the facility.
