Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.

During a renewal inspection conducted on 8/12/2025, Certification Representative observed a uncovered trash can in the room designated as a lunchroom for school age children. The facility is located in a public school building which requires a covered trash can when disposing of human secretions to be in compliance with the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and biological contaminants.
