This policy must include the use of name-to-face checks as a means of maintaining proper supervision. This policy must address procedures for staff when there is a discrepancy regarding if all assigned children are present and accounted for. The legal entity must receive approval of the policy from the Regional Office. Once approved by the Regional Office, the legal entity must review policy with all staff and have staff sign off that the understand and will follow the supervision policy. The operator shall provide a correction date for when this portion of the plan will be completed.

Renewal Inspection was conducted on 9/28/2021. A plastic storage shelf on the infant/toddler playground had cracks on both sides of the bottom area. This left sharp edges exposed.
