As of the inspection on 12/10/24, staff persons #5, #7 and #8 did not complete Pediatric First Aid/CPR training by a PQAS approved instructor within 90 days of hire. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. The CPSL was updated to include that clearances are updated every 60 months prior to the current clearance's expiration.
At the time of the inspection, staff person #1 did not update the PA State Police clearance and Child Abuse clearance every 60 months as required. This is evidenced by the current clearances dated 9/12/23. The previous clearances are dated 9/6/18.
