    On 8/5/2025 a review of video footage from 7/30/25 revealed that staff person #2 was providing care for a group of children. During a period ( Over 5 minutes) staff person #2 was observed lying down on the floor covered with a blanked and was not providing active supervision for the children in their care. Staff person #2 was also observed leaving the classroom area and going into the bathroom area for several minutes with the door shut - leaving the classroom of children unsupervised.
