Interviews with staff members on 4/30/25 revealed that on 4/28/25 staff person #1 witnessed staff person #3 grab child #1 and forcefully sit them down on the ground. Staff person #1 reported the incident to staff person #2 who reported to persons #4 and #5. No staff persons reported to ChildLine as required by CPSL.
