A review of video footage from 3/5/26 revealed that staff person #2 was sitting at a table with their back turned to the children for an extended period of time. During the time staff person #2 was sitting at a table with their back turned to the children - child #1-bit child #2 on the face. Child #1 was assigned to staff person #2.
