    During the initial inspection on 8/22/25 Staff person #2 #3 has completed the health and safety course (Get Started with Center-Based Care: Building Blocks for Quality (10 hours) dated 7/1/2018 -- 10/31/2022.) but has not completed the required health and safety update course titled Pennsylvania Health and Safety Update 2022 (1 hour) training. Staff person #5 was observed working alone with Health and Safety training part 1 and part 2.
