There is a damaged floor area in the back stairwell where a heating unit was removed. 3. The preschool play ground has large gap areas between the fence and the pour and play surface. The gap is large enough for a child to fall, get foot stuck etc. 4. The preschool playground has a wooden fence boarder area that has created a gap, and the wood is damaged in several areas. 5. The preschool playground has an area at the corner where the wall and fence area has a large gap. 6. The toddler playground has a metal utility unit with rust and sharp edges and a water faucet that has a sharp screw exposed.
