All staff at the facility must take the required in person Safe Sleep practice training provided by ELRC 17/Regional Key.

    During the inspection on 9/3/2025 child #1 was observed sleeping in a bouncy chair. Child #2 was observed sleeping in the bottom section of a pack and play and the cradle/infant seat was still attached to the top of the pack and play.
