    At approximately 1:35 pm the certification representative arrived at the facility. Facility person #1, who stated they were on bread at the time, let the certification rep into the facility. Facility person #3 was not at the facility, so when the reason for the visit was shared, facility person #1 and the certification representative walked back to the infant classroom where facility person #2 was caring for children. Upon entering the classroom, it was observed facility person #2 was supervising 5 infants exceeding the staff to child ration of 1:4.
