In the outdoor play space, the metal fence located along the perimeter had multiple sharp, loose ties all along the top portion of the fence. Located on the back left corner of the indoor play space, the plaster was damaged and a sharp wire was exposed through the plaster. On the bottom left area of the stage of the indoor play space, a portion of the black baseboard had separated from the wall and peeling paint was observed to the right of the baseboard. In the front of the indoor play space, there were 10 areas above the blue wall padding that had peeling paint and one area of peeling paint to the right of the blue wall padding. In the back of the indoor play space, there were 20 areas of peeling paint above the blue wall padding.
