During announced inspection to measure additional space for program on 10/25/21, cert rep observed debris left behind from recent construction in the building. There were 2 windows leaning against the wall outside of the classroom and a piece of cable wire, broken concrete pieces and wood debris. This is in an outdoor area next to where the children play and is totally accessible to the children.
