It was observed that the metal carts used to transport food bins was covered in dust and was sticky. The food bins (carrying food trays) were sticky. There was a brown crusty substance on the rim and handle of the bins. On the Preschool playground, it was observed that there was a wooden beam which was leaning over, and one post was not attached to it (loose vertical piece of wood). The toys in the 3 yr classroom (front space) and the 1/2 yr old space were coated with dust. The counter around the sink and the sink (3 yr old space) were dirty; crumbs, and a sticky brown substance. In the 1/2 yr old space, there was no dirty/mouthed toy bin (corrected during inspection). The refrigerator handle in the 1/2 yr old space and the plastic cabinet under the classroom sink were both dirty. Staff person #3 was observed putting a toy that had been mouthed in with the other classroom toys. The outside play area (back of facility) with the interlocking pads on the ground, had 3 pads with chunks of material missing (on left) and 7 pads with tears (chunks missing) on the right side, hear the fence.
