3270.113(a)(1) · Each staff person shall be assigned the responsibility for supervision of specific children. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.

Certification representative asked Staff 1, 2 and 3 to name the oldest and youngest child in their assigned group and staff 1, 2 and 3 did not know. Certification representative asked the total number of children that were present and staff 1 and 2 counted 31 total number of children. Certification representative observed and counted 32 children present.
