3270.51/3270.52 · There were no infants in our program at the time of this inspection. the classroom held 2 young toddlers and 3 older toddlers the other 2 children on the attendance sheet were actually 3 yrs old and had begun the transition process to the preschool classroom and were not present in the classroom that day. The classroom was in compliance until the sixth child arrived and a staff person was late to work. The provider will continue to hire additional staff to ensure adequate staffing at all times. Should additional staff be unavailable or too costly provider will limit the number of children in the classroom to prevent this from occurring again. A meeting date of 8/8/2025 has been set to meet with our STARS manager to provide required continuing education to all staff. This training will be completed no later than 11/10/2025. I will form a policy addressing staff lateness and call offs and send to DHS for approval.
