The door is in the hall outside the cafeteria. At approximately 4:30 pm, staff person #1 left the cafeteria and went into the kitchen across the hall to grab snack when staff person #2 stepped out of the cafeteria to answer the back door, leaving 21 school-age children unsupervised for approximately 5-10 seconds in the cafeteria. At approximately 5:10 pm, staff person #2 took a child to the bathroom outside of the cafeteria, leaving staff person #1 out of ratio with 13 young and older school-age children.
