On 08/07/25, during the renewal inspection, the unlocked cabinets in Room 3, Room 4, and Room 5 contained diapers that that were still in their plastic bag packaging, accessible to children. In addition, the unlocked cabinet under the sink in Room 5 was storing numerous plastic grocery bags that were accessible to children.
