On 9/24/21, facility was notified by a staff person that they had tested positive for COVID. Subsequently, another teacher and 5 children tested positive. Facility immediately notified parents and shut down the two involved classrooms for ten days. However, they did not notify the Department of Health nor OCDEL until 10/5/21, more than 10 days after the initial positive result.
