At the time of the renewal inspection follow up visit to verify corrections, the plan of corrections for the violation citing 3270.102c on SIN-00231443 had not been fully implemented. On 11/13/23, the depth of the wood carpet mulch (on the side of the playground with the taller equipment) did not meet the recommendations of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. In multiple spots measured near the equipment, the mulch measured at 8 inches.
