Staff person #1 must receive pediatric first-aid/CPR training in an approved curriculum by a PQAS-certified trainer. Until such time as the correction is implemented, staff person #1 must be supervised, when interacting with children, by an (AGS, GS, or Director qualified staff person) who has completed the required training related to this citation. If there are no staff available to supervise staff person #1, staff person #1 may not work in a child-care position at the facility.

Upon review of Facility Person #2's record it was observed only 960 hours of past child care experience is documented. 2500 hours are equivalent to 2 years experience with children and is the requirement to be qualified as an Assistant Group Supervisor.
