Upon arrival at the facility, at approximately 10:25am, Staff person #1 was observed with one older toddler. When asked if any other children were in care, Staff person #1 stated Child #2, who is a younger school age child, was in the den area sleeping. Given that Staff person #1 was sitting in the entryway of the residence she was unable to see, hear, direct and access the needs of Child #2.
