It was observed at the time of inspection the door to the custodial closet was open and cleaning products were accessible to children. The closet housing the custodian's office was open and cleaning products were accessible to children. The closet in the cafeteria, being utilized by the school age program was open and it contained cleaning products that were accessible to children. The custodian was in the cafeteria being used by the children with a mop bucket containing cleaning fluid. The custodian walked away from the mop bucket leaving the bucket full of cleaning fluid accessible to children. The lidded trashcan outside of the bathrooms being used for human secretions was not lined with a plastic bag. (corrected at inspection)

The custodial closet in the cafeteria was propped open and toxic cleaning products were accessible to children. The door to the program supply closet was open and sanitizing solution used to clean the tables after snack was accessible to children. The custodian was observed using a mop bucket with cleaning solution in the kitchen adjacent to the cafeteria that was accessible to children. Napkins containing human secretions were being placed in a trashcan that did not have a lid.
