    During the renewal inspection conducted 11/5/2024, there were 10 children in the toddler room. Staff #1 named 4 children, staff #2 named 2 children and staff #3 was only able to name 2 out of the 4 children she was responsible for.

    During the allocated unannounced inspection on July 8, 2024, Staff person #1 emergency plan training was not updated in a 12-month period. The last plan reviewed was on 3/30/2023.
