    On 06/21/2023, during the renewal inspection, the following was observed in the facility: Giraffe Classroom - area under the changing mat of the changing table is very dirty; window frames in the classroom are dirty and cobb webs are present. Bear Classroom - Purple half walls are heavily stained Wolf Classroom - Area under the changing table pad is dirty; a hole is preset on the half- wall where the colored tiles are present; the green half wall is stained; gray wall board by the back wall is not secured to the wall Front Bathroom - parameter of the bathroom is dirty especially behind the toilets. Cougar classroom - bottom of window area by the back door near the cubby are is dirty; cobb webs are present around the windows; the floor area behind shelving/cubbies and toys in the rooms was dirty and dusty; a playtable located in the classroom is stained with black circles on top of it. Back bathroom A - parameter of the bathroom floor is dirty especially the around the toilet area. Back bathroom B - vent over the toilet area is dusty; tan cove base molding is loose from the wall in the middle toilet stall. Sand Piper Classroom - Gray shelving unit is not anchored causing a potential tipping hazard; bottom of window frames in the classroom is dusty and dirty Elephant Classroom - a cracked floor tile is present near side wall closer to entrance of the classroom.
