3270.133(3) · The label of a medication container shall identify the name of the medication and the name of the child for whom the medication is intended. Medication shall be administered to only the child whose name appears on the container.

During the Renewal Inspection on 12/3/2025, it was observed in the medication storage area of the Pre-K Counts 2 classroom that there was a container of Albuterol in a pouch for Child #1. The container and the pouch did not have a label to identify whom the medication is intended for.

3270.95(a)/3270.95(b) · Fire detection devices or systems must be in compliance with standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)). The Director or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements under subsection (a) are met. The fire alarm system must be manually tested and documented at least once every 30 days.

During the Renewal Inspection on 12/3/2025, the fire drill/fire detection log was up to date. However, the log showed previous lapses in the requirement to manually test the alarm system at least once every 30 days as follows: Alarm was tested on 3/14/2025 then next on 4/14/2025, alarm was tested on 7/14/2025 then next on 8/14/2025 and the alarm was tested on 7/14/2025 then next on 8/14/2025.
