Staff 3 observed child 1 in the classroom by herself when walking through the facility. Staff 3 then brought child 1 back to her office. Staff 3 did observe that staff 1 and 2 were able to name their primary care groups. However, when staff 3 returned child 1 back to her classroom at 12:15p.m., staff 1 and 2 still did not realize that child 1 was missing from their group.
