    On 7/30/24, at time of renewal, Purell Wipes and Suntan lotion instructing to "keep out of reach of children" were observed accessible to children on the table in the PS room. Cleaning products were observed in an unlocked cabinet under the sink accessible to children in the Toddler Room.

    On 7/30/24, at time of renewal, children were observed on the outdoor play space. A complete first aid kit and emergency contact information were not on the play space where children were receiving care.
